The expansive facility includes a turf athletic field, two gymnasiums, an auditorium, a dedicated music wing, and versatile learning spaces—all housed within a climate-controlled building designed for comfort and functionality.

The masonry scope of work was significant, with the project requiring the installation of 160,000 structural CMU units and 190,000 utility brick. The size and complexity of this masonry package demanded precise scheduling, coordination with multiple trades, and an unwavering focus on quality. Every wall had to meet stringent structural and aesthetic requirements, ensuring both long-term durability and a consistent, clean appearance across the entire facility.
